Blog posts are different from news posts in that they often contain more opinion and exploration, than facts. They are a great way for pastors to introduce sermon topics, or to expound on issues that are facing the church, the community, and the world. Blog posts tend to be more geared towards congregants and thus are not featured on the homepage, but they can still be an effective tool to help visitors understand the character of your community and it’s leaders. Be sure to share visitor friendly blog posts on social media.
